As most people know Magnific Ltda is a large electronic shop that sells a range of electronics products based in Dublin more than 15 years. Our team is getting biger, due to the great success we will be opening a new branch.

The labor market is always highly competitive and professionals are increasingly interested in developing, and I am honored for being chosen to run this new branch. I have been working at Magnif Ltda for the past ten years and I will do my best to get the new branch at the best position. According to Mintizberg's Managerial roles are divided in to three categories :

Informational – A manager must be able and willing to learn new techniques, never stop studying, go to seminaries, workshops, learn more and more about things that will add knowledge to those that you are working with and to the company, not just learning but know how to pass on information in order to get good results. Be creative now it’s a plus develop meetings to pass on new information, keeping people aware of the development of the company, open space to employees bring new ideas.

Interpersonal – Interpersonal skill is essential to any type of management and it’s the key for success. I always thought that to be a manager you must be first a leader. Get task done by example of what you do, people want someone to be a mirror. Good example still make people want to get task done with efficiency.
