Mike Lupic The Sporting Life

Mike Lupica is an American Writer that has written more than 60 books. He is also a newspaper columnist, known for his column in the New York Daily and his appearances on ESPN.

Michael Lupica is the son of Benedict Lupica and Lee Lupica. His wife is Taylor Lupica, they have 4 kids.He was born on May 11, 1952 (63 years old) on Oneida, New York, but he spent all his childhood on Nashua, New Hampshire. He graduated on Bishop Guertin High School and on Boston College.

Later, Mike became a sportswriter in Pottstown, Pensilvania. He wrote “The Sporting Life” column in the Esquire Magazine for 10 years. He began to write it on the 1980’s. He currently writes a column for Travel and Leisure Golf. He has also written for Golf Digest, Parade, ESPN
