Migraine Headaches: A Case Study

Ian is 14 y/o male with h/o Major Depression, ADHD, and Migraine Headaches..
I was hospitalized yesterday. I visited today and met with both parent and the PICY social worker Megan Youtz. I had a chance to see Ian.

Per review of the chart and discussion with our nursing staff who spoke to parent yesterday and recommended for him to be immedicably take to ER after parent called.

Yan presented with altered mental status to the ER was intubated as is currently at PICU. He was excubated overnight.
. Urine drug screen is pending and psychotropic medication he was prescribed by our office were all accounted for since parent lock them but primary team suspects polypharmacy ingestion; there was also possibility per consult of the unwitnessed
