I chose the message of helping others that are struggling and giving to others who are in need. I think my message will be good for the middle schoolers, my audience, because it will teach them not to be greedy and to give to people in need. At first, I didn’t know what I wanted to write about. I was thinking about doing something about sexism, but I didn’t really know how to make it into a story. So I got advice from my mom, and she said to do something about how people that have a lot and take it for granted and they don’t realize that there are people that don’t have anything. I think this issue is important and holds value because people often don’t realize how lucky they are and how some aren’t so lucky.
