Erin is the first external candidate interviewed for the position of middle school principal. She has twelve (12) years of experience in education as a teacher and principal. For the last three years, Erin has been a middle school principal in a suburban school district. Previously, she taught for nine (9) years before transitioning to her current position as principal.
Erin is an engaging communicator, and naturally personable. During the interview she conveyed her love of teaching and the importance of the principal’s role (big picture) to create a positive student learning environment supporting both social and academic needs.
