I feel the Eli development is going or a little more mature. In the afterschool class they always have him thinking and giving the students little quick thinking games. Knowing that growth in middle childhood is less dramatic and sometimes slows down before puberty (). His height and weight looks normal to me. Eli seems very active to me. Their social status are important to some of the children, they need to be able to fit in with their peers to be comfortable. At the middle age group students are still learning themselves and learning how to work out their emotions. Some will get upset and fight other students. Others will be isolated by themselves. All this just shows me that becoming a teacher you play many roles in your career. You have been emotional connected to understand why some children have negative behavior. Also, have a welcoming classroom, to make children feel safe and secure. Having students to work in peers and groups will give them that confident to communicate, agree and disagree in a manageable way.
