Grant, your reflection is as usually very thoughtful and insightful. Once again you made a great point. I was thinking to point out the same in the Mid-term evaluation. I have a feeling that you really could cover the whole IQ session by yourself, so you have the ability to over dominate the group, because you do your research very thoroughly, so you know a lot and you are excited to share it with your peers. But I also see that you’ve been thinking about it how to hold yourself from speaking too much and you’ve been already complementing these thoughts into your behavior.
