At Mid-East it is very important to reflect on the program as a class. Each class that graduates is contacted by their program instructor. This happens about six to nine months after they have graduated. At first I personally didn’t think much of it and thought it was just another task to do, not anymore. I now take this very seriously and also bring it up to my students during the time they are in the program. I want them to be successful and that piece of communication about the effects this program has done for them is crucial! This information now is not only sent to administration but also printed and put in a file for us to go over and collaborate about the pros and cons that were taken from the follow up survey.
