Mid-Child Adolescent Class Analysis

It wasn’t until my second semester of my freshmen year in college that I realize the importance of self-care. However, it wasn’t until the end of last semester that I began to explore different ways of self-caring. Through my Mid-Child Adolescent class I was able to practice a way of self-care through an assignment we had. One of the options I had was exercise so I began to practice it, I was surprise by the results. I was able to get rid of so much stress and get the energy I needed to finish the semester strong. I don’t know how I survived last semester because I was taking a full load of credits and working full time but I manage to make room for myself and join a gym that motivated me to take care of my health.
