Microwave Frittata
Frittata is the perfect hearty meal for breakfast, and by preparing this meal while following our recipe, you not only get your daily dose of minerals and vitamins, but you get to enjoy the food in a matter of minutes after starting the process of preparing it.

Once it has melted add the broccoli, chopped onion, and red pepper, and cover the bowl and put it in the microwave on high heat for 1 minute. During this time, stir the eggs with salt and pepper, and add them in the bowl when the time passes, covering the bowl and placing it in the microwave on high heat for another 2 minutes, and when the time is up, simply let the frittata cool down for about 3 minutes and serve it.
Microwave Ratatouille
Microwave ratatouille is extremely easy and fast to make, and due to the vegetables that go into the making of this food you can be sure that you will fill stuffed after eating it and that you will provide your body with the vitamins it needs to go all day at maximum power.

Take a bowl and place in it the onion, the fennel, and the olive oil, put the bowl inside the microwave for 5 minutes on the highest heat setting, when the time is up stir in the rice and pour over the stock, and cover the bowl and place it again in the microwave on the same setting for another 10 minutes. Afterwards, throw the peas and the seafood in, let the whole mixture sit in the microwave for 3 more minutes, and while the bowl is in there stir the lemon jucie and Parmesan with the parsley leaves to put the mixture into the bowl when the 3 minutes pass.
When you arrive home the last thing you want to do is to spend hours in the kitchen preparing an elaborate meal. While it's true that you can't skip on cooking, there is the option of making hearty meals using your microwave oven, this way wasting a lot less time on preparing them and more time on enjoying other relaxing
