Beauty trends are changing every single day. For example, pencil thin eyebrows used to be popular, but now everyone wants fuller eyebrows. The 90’s led a beauty trend for eyebrows that were over plucked and drawn on. In today’s age, the bigger your eyebrows are, the better. Not everyone has naturally busy growing eyebrows, though. In this case, microblading is a new trend that can help you achieve your eyebrow goals.

Microblading is like tattooing, where pigment is implanted under your skin. It uses a hand held tool that is used to draw on thin hair to mimic that of an eyebrow hair. However, unlike a tattoo, it does not go in as deep into the skin, so it is only a semi permanent procedure. The brows should last between one and three years. It is typical to start with the first apt and then go back for a touch up not too long after. Then, it is needed to have them redone after an average of 18 months. The microblading technique leaves eyebrows looking fuller, but still natural. They can be made into a specific shape that enhances your face.

If you’re someone who suffered from over plucking and your eyebrows can no longer grow bushier, then this is the solution for your cosmetic fix. Microblading is not just for cosmetic purposes, though. It can also be used for medical reasons. For example, someone who is suffering from alopecia, an autoimmune disorder that causes hair to fall out, would be able to have eyebrows tattooed on to look just as they did before, without worrying that it could fall out at any moment. It is also a good solution for those who are suffering from trichotillomania, people who pull out their hair. They will no longer be able to pull out their eyebrow hairs if they are done with

Tattoos are one of the most controversial things that we can do to our bodies. Even when the ink going onto somebodies’ skin does not affect us, we still have our opinion on it, and some of us are not afraid to speak up about it. Other people may be head over heels in love with the idea of being able to adorn our bodies with a permanent picture. For the research project, I decided to look at tattoos in different cultures, and what the different methods that different countries (North America and Asia) used, and how methods had varied among their different subsistences. Throughout this research project, I learned many things. For one, the way the Yuki, Chuckchee, and Iban all tattooed was pretty similar. Their reasons for tattooing differed a little, and I was surprised to learn the meanings behind the tattoos. Cultural Practice Yuki Britannica, the online encyclopedia, states that the Yuki people consist of four groups of North American Indians.…

Hello everyone! Today I'm going to be reviewing the August Ipsy Glam Bag! To start I was not too fond of the bag the colors were not as vibrant as they looked on the website, and I feel like they could have done a lot more for their “good vibes only” theme. The bag looked kinda cheap to me with the gold tassel and dull colors. On the other hand the products I received this month were great!…

The number of treatments needed depend on the color of ink, how long the person had the tattoo, whether it was done by a professional or an amateur, the size and location on the body. Since the ink particles are carried away in the blood stream, tattoos near the heart may fade faster than tattoos on the ankles or hands. During your first visit with our specialist, your tattoo will be inspected and a test may be done to determine your skin’s reaction to the laser. You will be given protection for your eyes.…

Shenanigans Tattoo: A Refreshing Twist of a Tattoo Parlor Like others, I had a complete mock up of what I thought a tattoo parlor would be envisioned in my mind. Provocative art work would cover every inch of the walls, floors concealed with dirt, and unsanitary couches as well as chipped paint that looked like it had been there since the dawn of time. I was reluctant, to say the least, that I could be wrong about this stereotype as well as the stereotypes that follow the men and women that work in tattoo shops. Luckily for me, Shenanigans Tattoo was something out of the ordinary. It exhibited all the qualities of a tattoo parlor but took on a whole new light that made the shop shine.…
