This a 5 years old female who presents to the University of Michigan Pediatric Urology Clinic today for an initial visit and consultation regarding the concerns of urinary frequency, urgency and daytime accidents. She has had urinary urgency and frequency since toilet training at age 2 years old. She’s completely dry during the night; but she has diurnal enuresis 3-4 times per week mostly damp only, while the soaking accidents are few times a month. Those day accidents are increasing in numbers and amounts almost 7 months ago. Parents denies any changes or traumatic life events at that time. She has urgency; her mother can’t recall the average number of voids per day, but states that her daughter voids every one to two hours and sometimes
