Always running all over the warehouse pulling parts, checking shipping addresses, giving orders, she never stops, and she expect the same from everyone who works under her supervision to work as harder that she dose. Some people don’t like that and start talking bad about her, others complain, and some decided to quit, because they couldn’t take it anymore. But the thing is that Michelle is a responsible person and a good worker who like to do a good job, and people misjudge her for that. I remember a time when we have a company BBQ at L. H. Miller Super Ford warehouse, that is where I work, and because we, the drivers, are a subcontracting company, we weren’t invited to eat, we some time get treat in the bad way, because we are not part of Ford, but she doesn’t make that differences, so in that day she tolls to every subcontractor driver to go and get in line so we can have lunch. Thanks to her we have the chance to enjoy the barbeque. She knew that we work hard and deserve to be treat good
