Michelle Passoff worked in public relations for twenty years until realizing that although she was successful financially, she did not feel accomplished. At the age of forty she decided to establish her own business that offers services to organize people’s workspaces and homes. According to Passoff, her career gives her gratification because she is able to offer an opportunity for others to a life of clarity in which they can achieve their goals. She often mentions that her work is rewarding because she serves as a source of support to others in need. Her process consists of addressing the goals that her clients desire most and working to create space in their homes so they feel capable of achieving such goals. After each session Passoff explains
