That is the official medical definition of ocd. Michelangelo was like this often. He was not a social person, which was from the autism, and also had a short temper. This would blow at random times when he was having normal conversations with family or strangers. He avoided people often, and would leave conversations in the middle of the other person speaking. Often enough, he would even snap at them for no apparent reason. Through all of this, his most ocd-like actions were to spend hours of time just fixing little details on his art work, as well as sleeping I his clothing, including his boots. This resulted in damage to his feet. He wouldn't take them of for weeks at a time.
