It represents that aspect of different people coming together and having the same beliefs but still viewing the actions and imagery behind it in a completely different aspect. There was even the fact that Michelangelo himself wasn’t a painter, or that kind of artist, he was a sculptor asking him to do a painting was completely out of character. He accepted, and did what he could, thus a masterpiece was born, I found more to get out of the hidden characters and small simple design schemes that followed along with Christian viewpoints. The minimalism at times, even though it is a giant painting on a churches ceiling, was to draw your eye away from it and towards it, keeping the key parts all in line with the stories, but adding its own kind of flare to the rest. This type of painting depicts the types of existences that humans were designed and hoped to be, while showing what humans are and how they have grown amongst themselves. Hearing the stories and believing in it like some kind of fantastical fairy tale is one thing, but having the divine shown in 2-D and only allowing for the artists conception to be involved for the outcome abounds.
