The first option is that Michael’s Pasta has to recall its seafood-stuffed shells that has been sent to over 200 chain restaurants. Michael’s Pasta will be responsible to contact the chain and make sure they notify all the restaurants about the salmonella problem. The plant has to be thoroughly cleaned and then inspected by the FDA.
