Thank you for referring Michael Saracino, a 38-year-old factory hand and security screen installer whose work involves driving light trucks. Michael is a non-smoker and consumes alcohol on average one standard drink per week. Regular medications include Zoloft, amlodipine and Idaprex.

Concerning his sleep, Michael typically retires to bed a 10.30pm with short sleep onset latency. There is a history of impressively load snoring to the point that his wife now sleeps in a separate room. He reports no witnessed apnoeas or nocturnal choking/gasping episodes.
