The whole book was set up just right because the way he wrote out the organics. The organics were set up in way that lets you see the way you thought things were suppose to be vs. how it could and should be. Michael Pollan gave graphs ,and real information that helped the reader understand that he can explain with things from your everyday life that you never notice.
