Michael Jordan has won six NBA championship titles and five MVP titles not only by being playing the game as an individual, but by being a team player. Teamwork is something that a local high school varsity hockey team could use to win its first-ever Wickenheiser cup.

Instead of using conflict as a means to yell at the other players, championship teams use conflicts as learning curves to better themselves, as stated before. Parkway West hockey has a bit of an issue with that. This club needs to learn that using conflict as an excuse to yell at each other is not the way to get better but by using it as an advantage to learn from the mistakes and better themselves will benefit not only the player himself but the team as a whole.
The sixth C for winning championships is cohesion, meaning everyone on the team gets along with each other. In order for a team to become a championship team they have to get along with everyone on the team.
