Instead of using conflict as a means to yell at the other players, championship teams use conflicts as learning curves to better themselves, as stated before. Parkway West hockey has a bit of an issue with that. This club needs to learn that using conflict as an excuse to yell at each other is not the way to get better but by using it as an advantage to learn from the mistakes and better themselves will benefit not only the player himself but the team as a whole.
The sixth C for winning championships is cohesion, meaning everyone on the team gets along with each other. In order for a team to become a championship team they have to get along with everyone on the team. Just in general, if a team does not get along with each other then there is no way that they can be a championship team because they lack the other C’s of winning a championship: common goal, commitment, constructive conflict, and clear communication.
