Michael Jordan was born on February 17, 1963 (Smith). However, he was born to James Raymond and Delores Peoples Jordan. Jordan is the youngest of five siblings. Jordan was to tiny for his basketball team, therefore he was shortly cut at the start of sophomore year; but, he played baseball, football, and ran track.
