Anyone who comes across Albert will quickly conclude that he is a controlling person. In Perdido Beach, kids have witnessed and realized that Albert only makes decisions in his benefit. The only population of the imprisoned town has started a new way of living by the help of Albert’s money and food supply. Since then people have needed jobs to get money for the food, and the only person to appoint them is Albert. He has given many to people to serve him and do his duties.
