Producing a Party In New York City Millions of people from around the world have a normal routine they follow every morning. Some get up, get ready, and head off to work while others have a relaxed morning and can ease into his or her day. The others that ease into his or her day will make or get breakfast and after that sit down and turn on the TV. Most likely, he or she will tune in to one of the daytime talk shows like The View, The Chew, Ellen, or Live with Kelly and Michael. For Live with Kelly and Michael, Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan do not just show up and come up with the show. A mastermind must be behind every show that is produced every morning. What the optimists believe is completely wrong. Directing and creating movies or a show is a battle in of itself. Only people that can be able to work with clients, apprehend last minute adjustments, or all around just be able to handle chaos will be successful. They have no idea how many people are working behind the camera, backstage, on set, or in the control room. I feel as though people do not fully credit all the work that goes into a sixty-minute show. In my opinion that is a thankless job and anyone that goes out there to produce for just the consumption of the consumers should be thanked because they never get thanked enough for their wonderful

In the early spring of 1781, Lord Charles Cornwallis led the British Army to the Guilford Courthouse to face the colonial militia and their general, Nathanael Greene. Greene knew of the British Army’s advancements and had set up three lines of defense to fight the British, whose army was under half the size and was weary from traveling. The three lines of defense ended up dividing the militia into smaller sections the British Army could take on, causing the Continental Army to lose the battle. “The Battle of Guilford Courthouse” plaque in the Visitor Center of the park depicts the American general’s main goal for dividing his men by stating, “Greene’s plan threw away the overwhelming American advantage of numbers … intent on crippling—rather…
