Michael Feeney: A Case Study

Guy was injured on October 15, 2015, at 3pm, on a thirty (30) foot pipe he was helping to handle it struck him in the back pushing him into another stack of pipes. He apparently sustained bruised to his chest and was unable to work for three (3) weeks. He only saw a doctor on the day of the incident because has working on a barge on the water on the Deep Water Wind Project and he didn’t have any follow up. He was out of work for three (3) weeks and then returned to work for another couple of weeks until the job ended. His salary is around $3,000 per week. This is a Long Shore case which we do not handle but I have checked with Mickey Long to see if he does these cases and I checked with John Toro and he referred me over to Michael Feeney. I
