Here in beautiful America, where the land was first walked upon by people looking for a better life and to have freedom, there is a community suffering a lack of freedom and a better life because of the pigment of their skin. This group is the Black Community. In sweet America young innocent African AMERICAN male’s lives have been taken away by white AMERICAN males. Families are losing fathers, brothers, cousins and friends by people who can hide behind a badge, those people are called police. For example Laquan McDonald from Chicago was young and innocent and is now dead. The young life that was taken is the life of 18 year old Michael Brown, the officer that murdered Brown was Darren Wilson, 29. The case has different views; some say that Brown “charged” the officer who took his life, and others say that Wilson was acting aggressive towards Brown. However, both side say the same thing that Wilson had other ways to get Brown to listen. Given that Brown was not armed and had nothing with him, Wilson could have tazed Brown instead of taking his life. Wilson was not charged because they said they had no evidence to prove that Wilson did in fact take Brown’s life. The gun that he shot him with and the other officers that were around was not enough to prove that he did kill him. That might sound abnormal because a traffic ticket or cigarette is not worth someone’s life. Bland was pulled over for a traffic ticket and then asked to put out her cigarette. Brain Encinia the trooper that pulled over Bland asked her to put out her cigarette but she said . She is not obligated to put out her cigarette that she was smoking in her own car. After she repeatedly told him no, that provoked him get aggressive. After he noticed that his antics did not affect her, he then decided to use force to get her to do what he wanted. He commanded Bland to get out the car,“ well, you can step out now”(Encinia), he then aggressively opened Bland’s door and threatened her by saying he was going to pull his taser out and “light her up”if she doesn’t listen. Encinia and Bland then went to the Waller County jail where she would soon later be found dead. Bland’s last photo taken of her was her mug shots. After getting arrested Bland 3 days later, was found to be dead. No one for sure knows what happened in that cell but bland herself and God. Autopsy reports claim she committed suicide but many people including her family do not think she would ever do that.The case has went viral it caused many uproars all around the world.Encinia was not charged of assault, harassment or for the murder of Sandra Bland. Once again another life has been taken and once again a young black life does not get the justice
