Miasia is the only youth in the home. The youth struggles with healthy interactions with MHS and peers. Per MHS, the youth is bossy and aggression towards peers in the neighborhood. Miasia takes control of others on her age level when unsupervised. CSP observed negative and positive interactions between Miasia and MHS during this period. Positive interactions: Miasia practiced her tone with MHS and respect personal boundaries. Negative Interactions: Miasia throw a pencil, pillow, and paper at MHS. The youth refused to respond to redirection and follow the home rules.
Miasia attends church with MHS and BMod clinician. The youth does not participate regularly in extracurricular activities.
Miasia is on grade level with academic support. The youth respond healthy to teachers and authority figures in the school setting with

The youth does display age appropriate behaviors. There are times Miaisa displays adult behaviors and lack of respect for boundaries. The youth is learning positive ways to interact with peers. She has no problems in school.
Per DSS, all family contact is suspended.
The youth will receive individual therapy from a school base counseling. Miasia completed the MUSC Star program which provided group and individual therapy. During this time, there were no reports showing progress.
The youth will continue to receive family support services, wrap services, and individual therapy. Miasia will get involved in a school or community activities that will increase positive interactions reinforce coping skills and provide emotional support.
CSP provided weekly mental and emotional support to Miasia at weekly visits through role-play, practice of coping skills, and practice boundaries and respect. CSP, MHS and the youth discussed interventions used to redirect the youth’s behaviors of disrespect, aggressive behaviors and not complying with the homes of the
