MGT411 VB – Assignment 5 Reflection
After reading all of my discussion board members’ posts, I realized that everyone has similar experiences with experiencing stress and time restrictions. Hearing about everyone else’s issues helps to put things in perspective. There was a resounding agreement that working nonstop is not the best way to handle a busy schedule, and several stress-relieving strategies were shared.
I think that Sammi Cardinal’s suggestion about eating healthily is something that should be taken more seriously, and I am surprised that it is not included in this text. When I think about the time when I experienced the most stress in my life, I can attribute it to eating a poor diet, drinking too much coffee, and smoking.
