Mexico, Peru, and Brazil had distinct historical experiences due to their geographic locations yet had similar episodes in their history all up until 1821. Moreover, the European explorers that “discovered” these places had different agendas, which ultimately affected the history of the Americas.

The Spanish and Portuguese also proselyted to the indigenous people post conquest. Brazil was set up as a colony just like they had done throughout the coasts of Africa and Asia. In a matter of time, they were trading with Europe and North America slaves, Brazil wood, rubber, coffee and sugar at a very large, exploitive scale. European civilizations succeeded as a result of a series of iterations that were made possible by certain preconditions. Not only did Europeans go through an extensive iteration of livestock and crop domestication, they also went through several philosophical revolutions including the Renaissance, Scientific Revolution, Enlightenment, and ultimately revolutions in unstable countries. Through these advanced agrarian and philosophical developments, Europeans were able to evolve and advance their
