1. Mexican Muralism – Mexican muralism is the term used to describe the revival of large-scale mural painting in Mexico during the 1920’s and 1930’s. The three greatest Mexican muralists were José Clemente, Diego Rivera, and David Alfaro Siqueiros. Diego Rivera is known to be the most important painter of the movement. The Mexican muralism is also known as one of the greatest movements in Mexican territories as it gave a new way for painters to be able to paint in civic buildings and in large-scales.
