Traditions are things that people always do repetitively. These traditions can be monthly, daily, or yearly. In the American culture, this is huge because every fourth of July they celebrate America's independence from Great Britain. Unlike the Mexican culture, the Americans do not celebrate every holiday in their culture. For instance, for one night Mexicans can visit their dead loved ones at the cemetery.
This celebration is “a happy and colorful celebration” because everyone brings someone to leave at their loved one's grave (Christensen p.1).
