Mexican Cultural Differences

I develop a friendship in my neighborhood with a person who is a Mexican Cultural and I learn about their culture when I was over there for the weekend. I listen to Mexican music and went to the groceries' store with them. I learn that they like to season their food a lot and I try chilaquiles for the first time. I even learn how to make chilaquiles too. They were telling me about the religion and most Mexican are Catholics. I ask their mom what different language do Mexican culture speck, she said most people in Mexican culture speak Spanish.
I told them I had some question of my own may I ask them, they said yes I can my question. My first question was what the difference between Mexicans and Puerto Rican, said Mexicans Spanish is clearer
