Values are important because they allow meanings to be applied to help understand the purposes in life. Values are the fundamental tools to reform a region. Equity and diversity underlie the vison of developing the ideal Metropolitan region and community.
Values prioritize public spaces and create ethical services that reflect the compassion for people. As an active community different ways are developed to address the issues in this chaotic world and within their complicated community.

When diversity is created in a community strong relationships are visible. No matter the race, religion or culture background you come from because everyone in the community is welcomed.
Everyone within the community must contribute and bring their own experience to the group to create a strong sense of shared fate. The richer the experience the more they can educate others. The idea of embracing all members is the main purpose of diversity.
