On June 22, 2016, the complainant reported to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) that on March 1, 2016 DC Superior Court Judge William Nooter issued her ex-boyfriend the defendant (Antoine Gramby) a stay order; case numbers 2016DVM392. The complainant advised that the defendant has called her cell phone several times from June 20-22, 2016.

Your affiant queried MPD databases and viewed the stay order/no contact order that was issued by DC Superior Court Judge William Nooter. The order issued on March 1, 2016; case number 2016DVM8263 state that the defendant is to stay away from the complainant. It also states that the defendant is not to have any contact by any means whatsoever. The defendant shall remain at least 100 yards away from
