The MetroAccess Subcommittee discussed Committee member comments included: (1) Staff texting and talking on cell phones during meeting, (2) customers afraid of retaliation if they complain, (3) a driver departing the pick-up location as a customer approached the vehicle, (4) outreach events at church’s are needed, (5) dispatchers not managing trips effectively, (6) length of time customers on board vehicles, and (7) how conditionally eligible customers will be affected by the weather.

NEW BUSINESS:
The AAC briefly discussed the upcoming quarterly meeting. The meeting will be held jointly with the Riders' Advisory Council. The AAC recommended that the following comments be discussed: 1) MetroAcces fares; 2) new GM; 3) FTA; 4) alternatives
