Per Reporter:
Stevie and Grant, Gabriel and Nadeline's mother (Ashley) and Stevie and Natalie's dad (Micheal) have a history of using meth. On today, the reporter found a meth pipe and a bag of meth inside Nadeline's changing table draw in her bedroom. However, Ashley is no longer living in the home (unknown). Ashley and Micheal have just recently split up. Nadeline and Stevie were recently placed back into the custody of the parents after a year ago. Stevie and Grant have been back in the house for six months. Grant and Gabriel are in the care of their bio dad and step-mother (Harlyn and Catherine). Grant and Gabriel have been living with Harlyn and Catherine, since being removed from Ashley's care. The children were removed from the home by DHS (CPS) for drugs used. The parents were healthy and gaining weight. Now the parents have both losses a hundred pounds in three months. All the children go to Ashley's one-room home for the weekend. The home does not have a bedroom. The house has a mattress on the floor. The home does have lights, gas, and water. Harlyn allowed Grant and Grabiel to visit Ashley every other weekend. Harlyn would meet Ashley midpoint to give her Grant and Gabriel. Haryln and Ashley have a drug history as well. This occurred in his teenage years. Haryln is no longer on drugs. It is unknown how long. Haryln was drug tested by DHS before the children were placed in his care two years ago. Haryln knows that Ashley is back on meth. Haryln still allowed Grant and Gabriel to stayed the weekend with Ashley unsupervised. It is unknown if drugs are used in Ashley's home. It is if drugs are used in Ashley's home.
