Melissa has a history of using meth. Her children were removed from her care by DHS twice, for drugs use. Melissa is back using meth. She would use it in the home when the children are asleep. There is no knowledge of her using it when the children are awake. The reporter did not know if meth was being made at the home. Melissa screams at the children. She would have men in/out of the home. The kids would eat microwaveable foods. The water was off for three weeks, but it was on at intake. Melissa allows Brittany’s boyfriend to visit the home, and they are sexually active.
