The reporter stated they went to visit the home and the children are not safe. The mother (Jackie) is strung out on drugs. Mom was discombobulated and not functioning. Mom is on meth and weed. This was on Saturday. On Monday, mom texted and she wasn't making since. The reporter is not sure if mom uses around the children. Mom has a history of using meth and weed. She is currently using. Per reporter, Keonna and Trell are mom's friends. They smoke weed around the children. They also live in the home. The reporter is not sure if drugs are accessible to the children. Drugs are not sold or manufactured out of the home. They are brought into the home. The children have not been harmed or hurt. Tiernay's child was in the home this weekend for visitation.
