Per reporter, Keonna and Trell are mom's friends. They smoke weed around the children. They also live in the home. The reporter is not sure if drugs are accessible to the children. Drugs are not sold or manufactured out of the home. They are brought into the home. The children have not been harmed or hurt. Tiernay's child was in the home this weekend for visitation.
