We do not have to keep taking the easy way out and letting the government keep killing us with the foods we eat. Just because it’s there does not mean we have to eat everything that is put before us. It’s time to take stand and say no to this battle of obesity, heart attacks, and strokes. The government wants to see us fail and not manage our lives better.
According to Zinckeno, “Fast-food companies are marketing to children a product with proven health hazards and no warning label.” It starts with someone taking a stand of action, a stand to promote better health, not just for ourselves, but for next generation. The government wants to reinforce the fast food market or local business, but does not give us a lot of options to choose from, and most people can’t afford it. I believe it’s a generational curse. No I do not think that all fast food is bad, but I do think that if a burger is 1 dollar, why a salad can’t be the same amount. “We have a health care system that does not care about food, and a food system that does not care about health.” (Wanye Roberts)
In conclusion, I must say no one can tell you what to eat, but if you can control it, control it. The government will make sure they do whatever it takes to make sure there covered, and it would be best if we do the same for our own families. We only live once, so make the best of
