I made the choice to go back to school because as said by prisoner Andy Dufresne, the character in Frank Darabont's script adaptation of “Shawshank Redemption” "It easily comes down to a simple choice. Get busy living or get busy dying. I decided a career as a pastry chef could utilize my artistic and storytelling skills as well as give me joy in something I love, which is giving people pleasure in eating.
