Merry Beth's Inspiring Career

A childhood friend and neighbor decided to go against the grain of her upbringing. Both parents were school teachers and instilled the importance of education and career. Upon receiving her college degree, she decided to move to Nashville, following through with her career. Feeling unfulfilled in her employment, she quit her job, focused on following her passion and turned her hobby of creating jewelry into a full-time occupation.
After many years of learning how to work with metals, healing stones, and leather, she has a successful business. Her jewelry line has received accolades in magazines, on television, and in newspaper. Her products are also available at boutique shops in the Nashville area. Her competitors are other jewelry designers in the Nashville area. However, upon research, I have not found a designer with the skill and metalsmithing abilities of Merry Beth. Other artists in the area have not developed her expertise at forging each piece of jewelry. Merry Beth is still growing her company. However, areas where she can improve are on her web page, www.wearmerry.com. The page has been professionally created, yet on the “Causes We Love” section, the links are not working. Advertising and marketing her name and business is phenomenal. A simple google search of Hardwear Merry pulled up 153,000 links. Over the years, Merry Beth has excelled at learning new trades within the jewelry industry. While speaking with her, she mentioned she is currently taking a class to further hone her skills at enameling, saying she has taken so many classes over the years, she cannot remember them all, yet at each one she has learned a new skill and will continue to improve upon her
