Intervention: Clinician observed the youth’s inaction with foster mother. Clinician discussed the youth’s first week of school. Clinician encouraged the youth to discusses any problems with foster mother to ensure positive communication. Clinician provided transportation to bio-grandmother’s home for a weekend visit. Clinician practice healthy ways to prevent a verbal or physical altercation.
