Placement/s: Merrell placed into the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ernestine & Isiah Gailliard on 08/12/2015.
Behavior: Merrell behavior has improved from the initial date of placement. The youth made moderate progress towards all agency goals. Merrell completed her goals of participating in individual and family counseling, expressing and identifying feelings in a positive manner, improve behavior in an academic environment, and comply and respect rules in diverse setting. The youth learned various ways to remain focused at home, school and community from SAFY bi-weekly family support visits, weekly individual therapy and weekly BMod services.
Social/peer interaction: Merrell interacted with foster family and peers in diverse settings. The youth
