I had this interview with a woman named, Pa Vue where we talk about my choice of career path, asking me what I wanted to do in the future. I told her that I wanted to become a nurse with her career of being a pharmacist's she told me about the similarities and differences that would be of help. Her job consists of refilling medications and making sure everything is correct for the customers. She talked about the steps she took to becoming a pharmacist and how important her job is to giving out correct prescriptions for the customers and being fast and efficient with them. During this week’s assignment I found the interview of Dr. Allen Frances was very interesting. Being in the Human Services program here at SCC and wanting to become a social worker I have been told that I need to be familiar with the DSM-5. I definitely agree with him that normality is difficult to define and it has become a cultural concept rather than a medical concept. The purpose of the research design presented is to examine the general perceptions of attorneys and discover why public defenders are portrayed more positively, compared to court-appointed attorneys. An effective method of measurement for purposes of this study is interviewing. Since interviewing is a conversational based method, it enables participants to search for reasoning behind their believes, the way they feel, and the way they believe society feels. It was an interesting, jovial and interesting interview session with Mr Shane. Speaking to him thought me a lot more about Concordia, and specifically the liberal arts aspect of Concordia. The explanation he provided on liberal arts, and how it impacts our lives not just in school, but also outside of school made me see the importance of it. Many experiences in my life have changed my views in multiple ways, but by far the most life changing experience has to be when I was elected Daingerfield District Vice-President for the FFA. I interviewed Small Business Owner Joe Fugere of Tutta Bella Pizzeria. He said that there was an unrestricted building existing in a locality close to where he grew up. For this field expert interview, I interviewed one of the first grade teachers, Mrs. Heckman, at the school where I work. The interview assignment helped me get to know all of the people in this class. In my other classes, I often cannot name more than the few people who sit beside me, if I can name that many. That is very different from my high school classes where I know every person in the room.
