YEAR 2 The CEO of Meraki company is Mr. Edward Joseph Pangilinan Pamintuan. Basically, the company is consisting of 4 different departments namely the Marketing, Operation, Finance, and HR. These four department have different heads consisting it. The head in Marketing department is Joshua Miguel Reyes Riego De Dios, while in Operation Department is headed by Ms. Shaina Beatriz Eugenio Yacob and Edward Joseph Pangilinan Pamintuan. Lastly the HR and Finance department are both headed by Ms. Elisa Mae Ilustre Sombillo. Commonly, the marketing manager’s job is to advertise and market the brand and the product of the company as well. It is their job to think of a strategy needed to spread the description to the customer.

We base the basic pay amount on the minimum wage given by the government. Initially, the basic pay was 444 for all the department heads (Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and Human Resource and Finance Manager. The holiday pay is still the same because Holiday pay in retailing establishment is not covered whenever there is an increase in their compensation. On the other hand, Premium pay during rest day or special day will be marked up by 30% of its original compensation without COLA 444. It is solved by multiplying the original compensation of four hundred forty-four (444) to 130% (444*130%). This equation will result to 577.2 compensation per day. Meanwhile, in premium pay with working during rest day and special day, the compensation in this column is solved by multiplying the original compensation rate four hundred Forty-four (444) to 150% (444*150%) that will result to six-hundred sixty-six pesos per day. Lastly, whenever an employee went to work during regular holiday but its his rest day, then it is also not covered in the increase of …show more content…
The Operations Manager, Marketing Manager and the HR and Finance Manager do have the same compensation with an amount of two thousand seven hundred twenty-four. However, the contribution for SSS, PAG-IBIG, and PHILHEALTH will be deducted to the monthly basic pay. In SSS contribution, an amount of two-hundred seventy-five, while one-hundred pesos for the PAG-IBIG fund and Philhealth. A total of Four Hundred seventy-five pesos will be deducted to the monthly basic pay. And the final salary that the Operations manager, Marketing Manager and HR and Finance Manager will result to two thousand two-hundred forty-nine per month.
