Mentoring is a process of learning through others. It’s been used for many years and now many companies have it as a requirement for their learning programs. It helps a person have a good development and retention of information, it also helps an individual have better interactions with each other. Our visits to El Paso Community College in the mentoring program were helpful and even though the students did not engage with us as much as we hoped for, it helps the mentors figure out ways and try to get others involved.
