being mentally tough is a must have as a true strong leader. Those that are weak mentally tend to make substandard choices which are based on emotions and feelings instead of leadership principles alone. The leader who has control over their personal feelings and emotions understands that this is the beginning of leading from the inside out. Below are listed some areas of interests if one wants to begin the process of recreating themselves from the inside out.
Key Learning Point 1: Controlling one’s emotions and feelings is the place where leaders will either gain respect or lose it. This is also the place where they can build trust or lose it. This is a most important area of emphasis for any leader. This is the starting point. This

This just can’t be said of non-leader types. They avoid challenges and changes alike.
Key Learning Point 4: Don’t seek glory or praise for yourself, but for the organization instead. In doing so, one will leave a legacy built on self-development and development of others.
Key Learning Point 5: Leaders can look outwards at how well their followers are solving problems as a sign of how well they are empowering their subordinates. In this the leader takes responsibility for their followers’ development as the follower will be able to take on new responsibilities.
Key Learning Point 6: First acknowledge who you really are. Decide to lead that person first. Self-leadership, or leading oneself must be a true leader’s first order of business. Understanding that reevaluating self-improvement is a core value. This process is central in the self-development of any good leader. All six of these learning point leads to self-control, self-development, and development of subordinate leaders.
