Per the Board's Medical Officer, based on the information available for review at the time, the applicant's file revealed a report of mental status evaluation dated 7 January 2010. The evaluation indicated that the former Soldier was mentally responsible for her behavior and able to distinguish right from wrong. A review of the applicant's Active Duty electronic medical records found nothing to contradict the conclusions of the mental status evaluation.
