Do you ever have hallucinations or delusions? Do you have abnormal behaviors? Well, that could be the cause of a mental disorder. In the short story, “The Black Cat”, the unnamed narrator experiencers very jumpy emotions for animals, especially for his/her cat . Also, there is a section of the story where he/she may be experiencing some hallucinations. In the poem, “The Raven”, the (also) unnamed narrator experiences jumpy emotions for the raven. Also, all of the voices and other things he hears isn’t something that people normally hear. In the two stories, “The Black Cat” and “The Raven” I think that the narrator's suffer from schizophrenia.
