My memory of Dr. Seuss is reading funny books like the “Cat in the hat” and Green eggs and Hams. I had no idea that Dr. Seuss took on a much serious role by shining light on the issues in our country. His cartoons not only had a hidden message but the portrait could tell the story alone. “What This Country Needs Is a Good Mental Insectide” written by D.r Seuss. Shows a picture of citizens following each other in a single file line and they all seemed to be all dressed alike. It’s not until they make it to the front of the line where the man injects a syringe in one side of the ear to blow out the prejudice bug out of the other side is when the individual seems to come alive when the negativity is no longer infested in his head.
