Mental illnesses are so complex that they have to be broken down into smaller categories in order for professionals to have a better understanding of them. Each illness affects a person in a different way so these illnesses are categorized into disorders that effect a person’s eating patterns, mood, thinking or anxiety.

A popular YouTuber that spreads awareness about mental health is Kati Morton. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and has over 100,000 subscribers. I think her videos are extremely helpful for anyone who wants to know general information about any mental disorder or wants tips for self help.
